A skilled user can bypass LOAD and other CSV services. I have a
small subroutine that does a GETMAIN, then loads and relocates a
module without system assistance other than BSAM I/O. It allows
me to load with an arbitrary relocation factor; one use is in
debugging, as it allows a single CLCL to detect possible module
alteration in a test environment.
