You can control via RACF or TSS what TSO logon procs a user is allowed
to use.  Any change to that field to a value not permitted by security
will result in a logon failure.  Much easier to handle this way, than to
code exits.  Look at the TSO segment in RACF.

Does anyone have an example of the IKJEFLN1 pre display EXIT?? I'm
trying to prevent users (excepting SYSPROGS) from updating the "logon
procedure" field in the TSO LOGON PANEL.

I cannot find sample code in the TSO customization guide and there is
nothing in the internet about this topic.
