Thanks for answering so fast, but the RACF solution is not valid in my case as I'm having 3 z/OS LPARS accessing a shared RACF DB. I have already a TSOPROC based policy that users can skip easily overtyping the TSO DISPLAY PANEL. That's the reason why I wanted to explore the IKJEFLN1 option but I cannot find anything of sample code.
