Something is not correct then.  Because when setup correctly, locks the
user down to that proc.  They can still overtype it, but if they are
only permitted to PROCA, then that is all they will logon with. Whether
or not you are in a shared RACF environment should not matter.

As far as the exit goes, I've never looked at it, sorry.
