Juan, do your problem stops when you stop and start your CICS? How many CICS address spaces are involved? Did your problem started since upgrading to z/OS v1.8? Check your AVG en MAX SMF record length if it is not +- 32000. If so you may have a problem with CICS. One (only that one) of our CICS is also having this problem, but after C CICS, the problem disapeared. Very annoying to say at least. So far only two occurences of this problem happened here, but was resolved quickly with canceling the CICS and do some SMF cleanup work. AFAIK this is a known problem.
