Simple answer... it's all "Christina's" fault...

Seriously, the SMF record type 110 is dynamic and what's inside it, is 
controlled by the CICS systems programmer.

Speak to the CICS systems programmer because he is wiping your SMF 
datasets out.

Note; Lets hope the "Christina" phenomina stays in South America.
