I didn't enable any menu bars anywhere in Vista, but they're all there. Perhaps
it's because I waited until SP1 was included, or perhaps it's because I'm
running the Business edition, or perhaps it was Dell that was nice enough to
enable the menu bars before shipping the PC to me? From my perspective the menu
bars are there by default, just as they always have been.

With the exception of some nice new features (which I miss when I go back to
working on my XP laptop), I haven't found the Vista interface to be all that
different from the XP interface. I know there are wildly divergent views about
Vista, but I one for one really like it!
