If you can write something properly, you can use panels in batch or interactively. You need to convey input to output in one way or other. That a funny way to write that they know more than you do. :-D Fact is - a third [which shall remain nameless] party product is using what they called 'keystroke language' and that is using batch emulation of Clist/REXX panels. It is working properly, based on a good understanding of VTAM logmodes.
