That is easy: Do a slip trap with action=wait and take a standalone dump. 
Afterwards IPL. :-)

The only way to stop an address space (and everything that goes on in that 
address space) is to take a syncsvcd, as far as I know. BUT: At the time the 
slip trap matches, the local lock must be available, since that is used for 
stopping all work. If it is not available, svcd will be substituted (and you 
get a message telling you so).
