Sorry, z/os to z/os is not an option. Apparently these are AFP datasets. I tried using the BIN LOCSITE RDW on the FTP download to windows and then the LOCSITE RECFM=VB on the get from the mainframe but the new dataset appears to be one long record and the record layout is lost. It also appears that the RDW info is appended to the front of the new dataset.
