If any Dallas customers are reading this a year or two from now, note that @sas's "USER.PROCLIB" is actually named VENDOR.PROCLIB. (In the slightly confusing nomenclature of Dallas, a customer is called a vendor -- because presumably the customer is a 3rd-party software vendor.)
