Charles, Correct it is VENDOR.PROCLIB. USER.PROCLIB was on our old ADCD back in the old FLEX days.
We implemented some automation on Dallas to clean up spool (OTTO from the CBTTAPE). We also paid for a lot of additional disk space so we could extend JES spool.
