To add to the previous comments, it would not be unusual for an organization with an IBM Z Cyber Vault environment to IPL in that environment every hour, round the clock. That's 8,760 IPLs per year (more in leap years) just in one LPAR. Naturally those IPLs are automated.
An IBM Z Cyber Vault environment helps quickly detect, investigate, and recover from logical data corruption disasters both small and large that affect z/OS, Linux on IBM Z, and/or LinuxONE hosted data. Ransomware is one increasingly popular type of logical data corruption, although it isn't the only one.
