I doubt that it matters. It runs in a container in MVS or under Linux
native or under VM. The libraries are all dll's at that point. I don't
think Rocket compiles during the install at all that I know of. Just
unpacks the libraries.
Nothing compiles under an install into a distributed environment, at
least that I have ever seen. And I am not aware of any pre-req's for
anything.
