It is not related to the problem. Both FMIDs are Java, which means it is
unrelated to JES/328x. I also tried to APPLY single FMID, same result,
however I don't have all the outputs from all trials performed.

Why did you drop HJVA800 and HJVB800 from the SELECT?

Subject: SMP/E APPLY mystery
External Message: Use Caution
The following scenario:
Old product HBY3202 (JES/328x) is being installed from CBPDO.
Variant 1 - only FMID is selected for APPLY, no PTFs. Then (next job)
PTFs are applied.
Variant 2 - FMID and PTFs are selected for APPLY in one command.
Same FMID, same set of PTFs, but results are different - load module
created in V1 consist of few MODs, while second case causes to not link
several modules and resulting LMOD is smaller.
Many LMODs are affected.
No differences in NCAL option and any other link-editor related ones.
Same (untouched) MCS statements.
Any clue?
