Don't you run the system health checker by now?  While it hasn't been around
as long as IBM has been telling you to get rid of imbed/replicate, it has
been a while and has enough good checks in it to make it worth while to spend
the small amount of effort to get it set up. 

I don't disable the imbed/replicate catalog check just for this reason.  A 
handy list
of what someday may have to be "fixed" (but I doubt it at this point). 

Check name is "CATALOG_IMBED_REPLICATE"
