HAVE_SYS_STAT_H, HAVE_DIRENT_H, HAVE_SYS_TYPES_H are set by the original
package and in z/OS I don't care how they are set.
I set NATIVE_ZOS in my z/OS customized config.h (following and adapting the
instructions on how to port the package as published, plus some of my own
inventions :), so one I do OR operation ('||'), I am in control.
