I hear you guys and will probably change direction to do it this way. I will go through the documentation and hopefully David will send me some concise explanation that would bring me up to speed. I guess that not all what I did is a waste. For example the COBOL/PLI interfaces, some supporting routines and so on. I also have to see whether I have full access to Unix services.
