          Thanks for reply.  But as per IBM link, it says it we have down
level system well sharing RACF then older system will use BPX.DEFAULT.USER
if, they are not supported  by BPX.UNIQUE.USER.

I also mentioned steps I followed for this BPX.UNIQUE.USER setup. But not
able to  what I missed out.
