Indeed. He had not posted that datum in his thread on CICS-L, and I did not
think to ask there what his CSA/ECSA allocations were (and probably should ask
about SQA/ESQA as well).
On our DEV system we allocate CSA=(1200K,110M) and SQA=(10,450), which gives us
just less than 11MB private area below the line. So if his report of 6796K
unallocated CSA (and assuming he did not mean ECSA) is accurate, that would
leave him about 4MB private area below the line. The scanner program he's
trying to run is itself rather large:
