Sounds like this module is a good candidate for using MODE RMODE(SPLIT) in the binder and coding RMODE ANY in modules that can exist above the line. They can easily identify some above the line candidates because the will getmain above the line. Maybe someone should tell CICS about it and they should give you some below the line relief.
