Let's hope the document being sought isn't titled "How to start DB2". I've been in a situation where the doco to POR the CEC was stored on one of the LPARs on the CEC ... That's how I got involved, as the vendor bunny dragged out of bed. So all the doco subsequently got cut to CD - but the flight deck was under such tight control, no PC had access to read the CD - and yes, that was discovered at oh-dark-thirty as well. No argument that well structured doco has it's place, but it always looks better in the glossy promos.
