That's what Business Partners are for these days.
IBM CEs will still do the actual (physical) install - at least they still do 
here. For the time being. Given recent developments even that may get 
outsourced/sold to Chinese interests. Some (IBM) engineers I talk to are 
severely pissed off at the moment ....
