Yes, it can. Look at the LSPR data at 
https://www-304.ibm.com/servers/resourcelink/lib03060.nsf/pages/lsprindex

There you will see, for example, that a 2827-401 (uniprocessor) is 30 MSU, 
while a 2827-701 is 1514 MSU.
