IIRC: At Share 2015 in Seattle, wasn't it stated that the COBOL 5
code generator is the one that PL/1, C/C++, and a few others are
using or will (soon) be using?
IOW: The "architecture aware" code generator was going to be
common. That means it will be generating program objects.
