Looking for anyone who know something about a TS7720 to help me! This machine Is in a hybrid configuration and we had a planned power outage this morning. I placed the cluster in service mode and then did a cluster shutdown. When power was restored, our zBC12 cannot talk to the VTL! We've tried everything, Hoping someone out there can help. Again, this is a 3957-VEA TS7720 (1.7 release).Our mainframe is a zBC12 and is physically connected via ficon to this VTL. If this is not enough information, let me know... I'll do my best to describe the situation. We do not have a contract with IBM in place at this time and having been working with hardware support and software support trying to receive help. In the meantime, any input would be appreciated!
