The funny thing is we lost electric a while back and it came back up fine.
But, I try to follow directions since this outage was planned and it won't
work! I think that cluster is stuck in service mode and I cannot get it back
to normal. We've been through the laptop on the VTL trying to find a way there
to get it back to normal...
