You have asked this first on RACF-L. Just like Binyamin said, it is a performance issue. Just do your searches on another LPAR where performance and chargeback is not a problem or just lower your WLM goals for those TSO sessions. Or simply, reduce your search objects into smaller datasets. I have also told you on RACF-L that there are many other search and compare utilities available. Simply blocking one utility won't help you. But you can run ISRSUPC in a batch job if you wish.
