Who does control the schedule and why can;t customers contact THAT
department?  Could the shareholders among us make a stink by asking
for a proxy vote on the issue (I would be willing to sign it with my
small number of shares) and if anyone lives close to the next annual
meeting (I'm in Nova Scotia) maybe he or she could raise the question
there.
