ibus is an input framework for X. It is NOT for GNOME3 only.
No matter what GNOME3's decision is, ibus itself SHOULD have the ability to
disable global engine and allow different engines per input context. The
first versions of ibus have no global engine support and it works well as
designed.
If GNOME3 really need to limit ibus to have global engine always enabled.
Please consider add a configuration option.
