New issue 1650 by [email protected]: Fix some build warnings and errors

Using a recent gnome-common and GLib (such as those in jhbuild), trying to
build ibus from git master leads to a few failures due to compiler warnings
treated as errors, and a small dependency problem. I have fixed the
problems in a clone on github:
