Avoid compiler error in ibus_engine_dbus_property_changed
Check for gsettings-schema-convert for dconf support
Probably the two patches will be upstreamed.
Target GLib 2.36 for Vala if it is installed
If you see the ibus tarball, it also includes C source files besides Vala
files so build users does not require vala.
The dist users (maintainers) and the build users could have the different
versions of glib so checking pkg-config by dist users does not fix the
build environments of build users.
