I am looking at a 1984 Catalina 27 on Saturday. Second visit to see her and would appreciate your insight. Deck and spars are in good shape. Some cracking in the teak ends of the traveler. Hull is solid from water line up. Was told keel had stainless stell bolts replaced 3 yrs ago. No inboard and has a 10hp motor. So, what can you tell me to look for?
