Wow! I wasn't expecting to start such a discussion regarding boat prices.....lol With a brand new North Genoa $1700 alone, the in board diesel, and the overall condition of the boat, I think that the fact that I am on the upper end of the average price that I see on line for this model it is a reasonable price. In a perfect world I will have to moderate a bidding war above asking price, in reality I hope to make a new owner as happy with her as I have been for a fair price.
