$480 a year is nice. However, other than being trapped in by millions of
gallons of crude oil right now [?], sailing Lake Pontchartrain has its
benefits too. I'm in Slidell, LA [?] and I pay $104 for the slip and another
$40 for electricity for a monthly total of $144. And being in South
Louisiana, we don't have this thing called "winter", so I can pretty much
sail year-round! Plus, if the weather is bad, there's always Bourbon
Street. [?]
