OK, Thanks,  I'll have to measure my present mounting bracket to see if this 
will work.  Seems like the opening may be a bit too tall, but my other plan 
involves bolting a 2" thick mahogony plank to fit the lower 2/3rds of the 
opening, and bolting the bracket to that,  allowing fuel line and the batttery 
cables access, as well as remote controls leading to the footwell.  Rob
