Have you tried a Sensation?  Many of us have ordered more than one as 
they have worked so well and are reasonable in price.  Perhaps try 
demoing one from Kaaren Jordan?  She also has the Phoenix but those are 
expensive.  The only Icey I've heard that the Sensation didn't seem to 
work for was one that was built downhill...

John Parke told me once that the Cair panels caused burns on one of his 
horses...
