Well, there you go! Sure, find a way to work in what feels right for you, and for Gat and Orri and c/t and Parelli are both positive ways to spice things up. I do like Janice's and Anneliese's suggestions of taking them at least for some walks on the trail, whatever "trail" you can find, but there are lots of ways to make things fun, while working towards a goal. I don't do as much c/t as some on this list do, because I think I was further down the NH path when I tried it and I was doing ok without it.
