The bottom bar was bent down and the next bar up was bent out. As it is about the only type of gate around here to make it safer, I took the super lite stall mats, cut it so it covers the bottom two openings and used screws to mount it to the gate. I also put two strands of electric on the gate. It is a gate but the made the same as pipe corrals. I'll see if I can find a good photo and send it later. I'm off to my business X-mas party.
