Yah, that's what the vet said. He said to take her
temp before the ride, when she's panting, and time how
long it takes for her temp to come down.

This definitely sounds worth trying. I have the blocks
out, but, it doesn't look like she licks them.
Where do I get this kind of stuff and how do I feed
it?I don't really feed grain or supplements besides
some sunflower seeds and glucosamine chondroiten
"cookies" I did buy the flax seeds you suggested, but,
I never remember to soak them and feed them. :- {

 
 She was sweating a bit but it was

Yah, I was thinking this, but I rubbed down to the
skin and didn't feel any wetness.
