So you mean to say that for turning wifi and bluetooth 'off' on your laptop
you need to press F2?

and for sending an actual F2 you need to press Fn+F2 ?

If you want you can easily change the need to press Fn key through the BIOS
:)

I did for my Dell Inspiron 1564 and have been happy since.

My current config---
1) To block and unblock the wifi+cum+bluetooth , I use Fn+F2, and it does
toggle properly the wifi as well as bluetooth.
2) To send an actual F2 , I just press F2 :)
