Thats the issue. Its unpredictable. Sometimes it does and sometimes it
doesn't.

When that happens, the card is "hard-blocked" i.e disabled. And i can't
enable it from the software interface.
and the hardblocked key F2 toggles bluetooth but does not effect wifi.
