I don't think Ubuntu 12.04 will be able to support any hardware, some hardware just won't work with Linux. Currently my focus is on choosing the hardware. My biggest problem is that they don't even list the hardware they are using especially the wifi - otherwise I could have checked in the store using my tablet. There are basically two things that create problems - 1. graphics and 2. WiFi, but since I dont see the wifi brand and model number in the spec, its hard to figure out.
