@Alok and Saurabh - Yes I am also getting frustrated trying to find a
laptop without Windows, however HP has a lot of them - I used to own
one which I dipped in water (of course by mistake), before which it
performed fantastic. The mother board is damaged and the monitor too,
I asked the service center to check the rest of the things, it would
probably cost near about 20K to fix that. A new of the same kind would
cost 34K. Cannot decide what to do. The warranty would expire on
September. The idea is that its better to look for options if I really
end up buying a new one instead of fixing the old one. The one I own
is HP 2000 2116TU Laptop, where everything worked without any effort
on any major Linux.
