Maximum of the computers and Laptops are sold with windows pre-installed on the laptop, that is really painful. I searched Lenovo Thinkpad, Dell and HP. I am not sure about Toshiba, maximum of them are shipped with Windows. I really don't need any operating systems but companies simply don't sell without OS.
It is very important question. Companies are breaching our independence and pushing us to purchase with OS, that is really painful.
