The server cal.vsnl.net.in failed to relay the message to the host
city4u.com. The problem could be either be in cal.vsnl.net.in or city4u.com.
I guess it is the former.

I guess you are using some kind of IP masquerading / NAT on the ISDN
connection. You have to exclude the computer making the ISDN connection from
NAT.
