I would have thought that in this age of equal rights & equal opportunities for
members of both the genders, problems of all members would be treated equally

There are around 97 members (locally) of ILUG-Cal located around Calcutta, out of
these only 7 - 8 people are from JU ..... what about the rest...? Who will go after
these collections?

Sure... but the cost of collection will skyrocket if its done this way.... it will
also increase accounting overheads for the treasurer & the persons involved in the
collection process as questions regarding transparency of the transactions may arise
unless everything is documented. Have you any idea just how many cash-in-hand
statements will have to be issued?

To Rohit: I believe you are Chartered Accountant... how do you look at it?
