I tried with the Ubuntu given by the Linux Today Jan issue. They have given an iso image in the DVD, which I copied onto a CD and tried installing from boot-up. The installation started well, partitioning was Ok, but while installing the packages got stuck with GCC-3.3. Thinking there was some error during copying, I made a second copy, but the results were same, a broken GCC-3.3. Looks like Linux Today guys did not do their homework properly. -- K.Ghosh 093 910 58 749 [EMAIL PROTECTED] [EMAIL PROTECTED] Debian GNU/Linux user No.301508 -- To unsubscribe, send mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the body "unsubscribe ilug-cal" and an empty subject line.
