good point brought up by JB .. confusion clearing is a must ! we need to get to work of coding rather than 'decoding' which kind of FREE something means .. and writing essays due to the ineptitude of the choice of the word 'free' from the english language
english is inapt let's change the word 'free' and avoid the pain of 'free' as in this .. or that i suggest : FreeOfCost FreeToModify FreeToCopy (note the last changes the connotation of 'copy left' .. meaning Left To Copy by all !) pi I (sorry to bring up this point here .. "MUKTO" propnents have done the same .. in bengali .. what is the mukti we are getting from this very strongly advocated bengali based initiative .. MuktoOfDaam .. or MuktoToModify ?) ----- Original Message ----- From: "J.BAKSHI" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Sunday, February 20, 2005 9:27 PM Subject: [ilug-cal] suse linux > Hi list, > > could anyone pls tell me whether *suse linux* is freely downloadable or not. > someone says it is free and someone says not. what is the truth ? > > > -- > To unsubscribe, send mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the body > "unsubscribe ilug-cal" and an empty subject line. > FAQ: http://www.ilug-cal.org/node.php?id=3 -- To unsubscribe, send mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the body "unsubscribe ilug-cal" and an empty subject line.
