- We need to form a small board of capable people... this should be easy. The 
main problem seems to be about the distribution and coordination of 
responsibilities. Can you get a draft constitution ready for discussion ?
- We have lots of roadmaps available. Both short term and long term plans are 
relevant. It will help if the possibilities are all listed for discussion.

- sustaining the initiative should be not be much of a problem once something 
is in place.

- If all the work is to be done by two to three people then it is a problem. 
We have groupwares available ... maybe we can consider taking advantage of 
the possibilities. 

- We must consider inclusive partnership on the web at least.
